Put the filling ingredients in a bowl, mix well until combined, and set aside until use. Three cups of flour are placed in the mixer bowl, then the rest of the ingredients are added, then mixed, and some flour can be added if necessary, to obtain a cohesive and smooth dough. The dough is rolled out, then greased with oil, then placed in a bowl, covered, and left for about an hour and a half to rest. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out with a rolling pin, and cut into small round slices of up to 3 inches.
