Being happy is more than something that always happens to feel good, it’s a choice. The happiness mentality is determined by giving meaning only to situations that please and thrill. The world is full of movies to watch, drama demands attention everywhere. Rather than getting emotionally carried away by unwanted life experiences, choose to stay focused on happiness.
Each situation is shaped by choices of thought, emotional attachment, and actions. Remaining attentive to the meaning given to each situation allows for a transition from fear and worry to recognition and a new focus. Let what is observed indicate what is desired. In the case of realized lack of money, the abundance of money is there too, waiting to be focused and brought into the present moment. Where an undesirable situation exists, the desired experience is there waiting to be embraced.
It is the state of mind of happiness, always noticing the desired or desired experience. What is passionately regarded as continuing truth and reality, while the liberation of the belief system from what is seen is all there is, allows the following experience to take shape. No battle takes place between a film and the film observer. The observer decides whether to engage emotionally or not, drawing from the film the ideas which correspond to the filter / personal belief of the observer.
