Today we need to know how much food we need, how much exercise we need, and how best to achieve these goals. Calorie needs, nutritional needs, physical needs, and education about those needs are now the information we must all understand, at least in relation to our individual selves. Whether you are visiting your local doctor, the library, or a fitness center, there is an enormous amount of information available to help you educate and make good health choices.
Nutrition refers to educating our bodies, our ability to keep them healthy and function as they should. Our ability to provide the body with all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals necessary for us to continue to thrive in our daily life processes.
